Craft Properties uses a program known as PooPrints to control unwanted animal waste. By doing this, we are able to keep up with the un-scooped dog waste and we are able to take immediate corrective action against residents that do not clean up after their dogs. 

Before you move in you must bring your dog(s) to the K&O Property Management office to provide them with a DNA cheek swab sample of your pet. Please also bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records. K&O Property Management will be registering your dog, for your unit, while you are here, which also includes a photo.

The process is very simple. Once you bring your dog to the office YOU will swab your pet with the provided kit. K&O Property Management will submit the DNA sample to PooPrints. Once the registration of your pet(s) is complete, any feces found on the property will be submitted for analysis. 

Waste samples will be compared to the cheek swab samples on file and the owner who did not pick up after their dog will be fined $150. If the fine is not paid, the rental agreement will be subject to termination.
