These beautiful condominiums are on the second (units 3966 and 3961) and third floors (units 3982, 3988 and 3996) and are located in the Park West Condominium building in Fairway Hills, with views of the hills. You’ll enjoy easy access to the beautiful Black Hills, you’ll be close to shopping, restaurants and parks. This is maintenance free living with secured access to the building and a heated parking garage. All five units are 2 bedrooms /  2 bathrooms 1,083 sq ft units. The building has new exterior windows, paint, and lighting.  The units have carpeting throughout as well as a large living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, including double vanity and walk in shower. There is also extra storage within the condo along with an extra storage area in the garage. Some of the amenities on site include community washers and dryers on each floor, walking paths, pool and playground. Also included in the HOA is a community room for family gatherings and parties. Two guest rental suites are available if extra space is needed for guests for an additional nightly fee. The HOA includes: Water, garbage removal, and exterior building maintenance and insurance.

Craft Properties and the Park West HOA uses a program known as PooPrints to control unwanted animal waste. By doing this, we are able to keep up with the un-scooped dog waste and we are able to take immediate corrective action against residents that do not clean up after their dogs. 

Before you move in you must bring your dog(s) to the Fairway Hills Property Management office to provide them with a DNA cheek swab sample of your pet. Please also bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records. Fairway Hills Property Management will be registering your dog, for your unit, while you are here, which also includes a photo.

The process is very simple. Once you bring your dog to the office YOU will swab your pet with the provided kit. Fairway Hills Property Management will submit the DNA sample to PooPrints. Once the registration of your pet(s) is complete, any feces found on the property will be submitted for analysis. 

Waste samples will be compared to the cheek swab samples on file and the owner who did not pick up after their dog will be fined $300. If the fine is not paid, the rental agreement will be subject to termination.

Dogs must be under forty pounds, housebroken, and over one year old. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed. Dangerous breeds include but are not limited to: Perro de Canarios, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinchers, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pitbulls, and Caucasian Ovcharkas.

The HOA fee is paid by the property owner.
